Vytvoření modelu baroreflexu v prostředí Matlab Simulink - laboratorní úloha

Abstract

This thesis deals with the creation a model of baroreflex in Matlab Simulink. Component of bachelor's thesis is the laboratory task in which the students check their knowledge of the baroreflex and will try on the model how baroreflex works. The mathematical model is developed in Matlab Simulink and then using the user interface GUI is possible monitor waveforms of arterial pressure, heart rate, peripheral resistance when exposed to baroreflex even without him.
