Abstract
The diploma thesis is based on current needs of the management of KVADOS, a. s. company. The content of the thesis is identification of talented employees in the selected company. The aim of this work is to analyze the initial situation for introduction of talent management in employees' evaluation, their competencies, performance and potential. Another objective is to characterize KVADOS, a. s. to better understand the necessary connections. The last aim od this thesis is to provide recommendation leading to identification of talents for project department consultant role. The methods of analysis of available documents and interviews with personal director, service desk manager and project department manager are used. The main output is objectification of employees‘ evaluation, process design for talent pool creation and potential risks connected with the deployment of talent management in the company.
