Abstract

This thesis deals with communication through data boxes in the particular municipality. The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate the status of the use of data boxes in terms of the City of Ostrava-Jih areas in the Czech POINT in the years 2009 - 2012 and in the areas of data boxes for the period 2006 - 2012. In The theoretical part is devoted to the purposes of electronic communication, development of e-Government in the Czech Republic and his official symbol - eGON. At the same time describing what is a data box, how you can set up and how it can communicate through. An important part is the informatik systém public administrativ and authorized conversion of documents. In the practical part of the judging system Czech POINT, perform analysis in a number of his statements are also state the use of data boxes and letter services in electronic mailroom at the Ostrava-Jih. The thesis is the basis for those who want to use electronic communications in both the commercial as well as in the public sphere.
