Založení inline hokejového klubu v Novém Jičíně

Abstract

This thesis is aimed at the process of establishing the inline hockey club in Nový Jičín, especially from the organizational point of view. The work is created on the basis of communication with the IHC Nový Jičín leadership. The thesis provides an economic analysis of total income and expenses. The analysis of positive and negative impacts of inline hockey on the community in Nový Jičín is also offered. Furthermore, there is a SWOT analysis which adverts to weaknesses and strengths and possible opportunities and dangers. At the end of the work there is a questionnaire which explores the club matters more deeply. On grounds of all available information the final outcomes are summarized and subsequently evaluated. Recommendations for the club result from the outcomes mentioned above and they will help the leadership of IHC Nový Jičín both organizationally and as well as in terms of sports.
