Abstract

This thesis is concerned with creating own company and starting its activities. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with business theory, classication of companies and possibilities of support small and medium enterprises. At this thesis is described who is an enterpreneur, what are the various forms od business and general procedures and conditions for doing business in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the establishment of a particular company - language school as a limited company and a business as association of two individuals enterpreneurs. The part of practical part is business and financial plan.
