Abstract
Thesis deals with the removal of nickel from aquatic environments to help chemically modified polypore. Collecting sorbent took place in areas nad Odrou and Beskidy. Biosorbents mechanically adjusted to the grain size <0.5 mm; 0.5 to 1.0 mm. Then, the chemically activated sodium hydroxide having a molar concentration of 1.0 mol∙l-1 and 0.1 mol∙l-1 for 30 and 60 minutes at 150 rev / min. Followed by kinetic sorption, which took place at the times 10, 20, 40, 60, 20, and 180 minutes. To compare this process was the measurement of non-activated chemical sorbents. Like most seemed activation biosorbents NaOH of 1.0 mol∙l-1 granularity faction 0,5 – 1.0 mm. This result was used to study the best pH. Best biosorption efficiency was observed at pH 6.0. To evaluate the degree of balance has been selected pH of 6.0. The results are then calculated and describe Langmuir and Freundlichovým mathematical model of linear and non-linear form. To describe the data set is the most appropriate model of Langmuir.
