Metoda Kaizen a její využití ve vybraných českých podnicích

Abstract

This thesis deals with the characterization and description of the Japanese Kaizen method and its various elements of business management. The aim of the introductory theoretical part is to introduce the history and development of method, including the basic concept of Kaizen. The second part focuses on the practical application of this method in selected Czech companies. In the last chapter, concerning the use of solved problems in journalism are developed genres introductory article, interview, poll and comment. The aim of this work is a comprehensive overview of Kaizen method and description of its adoption and application of the Czech companies.
