Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The main objective was to assess its current form and analyze its impact on consumer protection. The program has been analyzed according to the schedules, which describe the method of its operation. In addition, a questionnaire was elaborated, which was obtained the opinion of people who participated in the project already. Thanks to the procedure, who was elected, I concluded that their program is a convenient service for consumers. It helps them to solve disputes in a reasonable period of time and, moreover, without any charge. Therefore, if such method does not choose to settle the dispute for arbitration. Despite the merits of my beliefs, I concluded that the program deserved some additional measures to help its effectiveness.
