Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on an individual professional practice, which is an integral part of the study program of Electrical Systems and Technologies Design at the Department of Electrical Power Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics at the VSB – Technical University of Ostrava. The goal of the professional practice was to gain real-world experience and skills in the field of electrical design, which are crucial for the development of professional competencies in this area. I completed the practical part of my internship at Mearing s.r.o., a company specializing in the design and implementation of electrical installations. The internship took place during the fifth and sixth semesters of my bachelor's studies. During the practice, I was involved in various projects and was tasked with designing electrical installations, selecting technologies, and implementing them. In the thesis, I describe the specific tasks I worked on, how I approached their completion, and the methods I used during my work. This internship provided valuable insights into the reality of the working environment and helped me deepen the theoretical knowledge I had gained during my studies.
