Konverze výrobní haly textilní továrny Karnola

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konverzí objektu výrobní haly na brownfieldu Karnola Opava. Práce je zaměřena na návrh využití chátrajícího objektu daného brownfieldu. Na podzim roku 2015 byly provedeny rešerše podkladů a terénní průzkum v areálu Karnola Opava. Dále probíhala analýza získaných informací, zpracování dokumentace současného stavu a na jeho základě byl vypracován návrh využití území a návrh záchrany a využití výrobní haly. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce byl návrh na znovuvyužití areálu Karnoly Opava a konverze její havarijní části, výrobní haly. Předkládaná práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá rešerší dostupných informací a praktická část se zabývá návrhem záchrany a využití. Práce je zakončena diskuzí a závěrem, kde jsou shrnuty výsledky práce.

The thesis deals with the conversion the building a production hall on brownfield Karnola Opava. Is focused on a design of usage decaying building in that brownfield. In the autumn of 2015 were carried out research work and field research in the area Karnola Opava. Next continued analysis of the information, documentation of present state, and on the basis of that, was made a proposal to reuse the complex Karnola Opava and the conversion of the decaying part, a production hall. The main aim of the thesis was a proposal to reuse the complex Karnola Opava and the conversion of the emergency, a production hall. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with summary information available and practical part deals with the design and use of rescue. The work is finished by discussion and conclusion, which summarizes the results of the work.
