Srovnání hypotečních úvěrů v České republice

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of mortgage loans that are offered on the Czech banking market. The introductory part of the work is dedicated to basic characteristics of mortgage loans. Possible categorization of mortgages, various ways to establish the loan and possible ways of drawing and repayment of mortgage loans are introduced at the beginning. The next section describes the methodology of multi-criteria decision making, including methods of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives, based on which we assess the sequence of all variants. The final part is dedicated to a case study which simulates a situation for loan applying pre-defined client. The thesis provides a comparison of mortgage loans that are offered in the Czech Republic. Results of the multi-criteria analysis are evaluated and based on them the best option for our client is chosen.
