Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of local operating safety regulations for the designated pressure equipment of a steam locomotive, with the aim of assessing its safety conditions and proposing guidelines for its operation and maintenance. At the same time, the level of occupational safety and health (OSH) for the specified pressure equipment during steam locomotive operation will be assessed; the implementation of regular inspections, examinations, and tests, including the functionality of equipment, will be evaluated; and the method of marking the equipment with safety signs and labels for safe operation and compliance with operational and technical parameters according to the technical documentation will be assessed. In the event of identified deficiencies, technical and organizational measures will be proposed.
