Abstract

I wrote about Mines Rescue Service of North Bohemia Lignite Coal Basin in my bachelor thesis. The first chapter is devoted to history of coal mining in North Bohemia, historical development of Mines Rescue Service and the associated development of rescue equipment. In next chapter I deal with generally mandatory and internal legislation. Last but not least I wrote about actions of Main Mines Rescue Service Most, training of Mine Rescuers and about activities of Mine Rescuers during action. In Last chapter I introduce my opinion to possible future of Mines Rescue Service.
