Abstract

Thesis deals with hydrostatic levelling usage for height difference measurement. Introduction describes definition of height and shows entire discipline of height measurement. Capture Hydrostatic levelling describes this method and specialization which are based on this method, including historical context. The following part is description of physical lows of hydromechanics and hydrostatics as a base principle of this method. Final capture is focused on hydrostatic systems and their usage in real situations. Main part of the thesis is dedicated to draft and compilation and verification of the measurement quality device based on hydrostatic levelling principle. There were used common sensors and equipment for device compilation. The following function testing was done in laboratory conditions and results were compared with the results of geometrical levelling. Considering the final results, there was offered usage of the device for height differences measurement and the future direction of this research.
