Atraktivity města Louny a jeho okolí z pohledu cestovního ruchu

Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor thesis, The Glamorousity of the City of Louny from the Tourist Industry Point of View, is a description of the historical development of the town Louny, the evaluation of the attractions which the city and its surroundings also offer, analysis and evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the city from the perspective of the tourism, as well proposal for addressing the shortcomings. The first part of the work deals with the historical development of the town Louny and its close surroundings, preserved monuments, personalities, and cultural activities. The second section summarizes cultural and sports attractions of the city, including an assessment of the accommodation and restaurant facilities, other services and the SWOT analysis in connection with the potential for tourism. In the view of the fact that the potential of tourism in the area is satisfactory, the aim of the Bachelor thesis is to propose changes in the approach to the leadership of the town to the promotion and financing of activities related to tourism.
