Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the construction of the project documentation for the building permit of a four-storey apartment building in Ostrava - Nova Bela. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is the thermal insulation of the peripheral casing. The purpose of thermal insulation is to reduce the cost of heating and to obtain a pleasant indoor climate. Warming is now an integral part of building structures due to rising demands for energy prices. This is above all the technological process of thermal insulation. Part of the thesis is also a comparison of two insulating systems in terms of thickness of insulators, their advantages and disadvantages, their properties and prices. At the end, the budget will include variants and time schedules for thermal insulation work.
