Abstract
Thesis pursues an aim to introduce the reader with the issues related to the existence of overdue receivables and their recovery, outline way of recovery overdue receivables in the company RESORBENT s. r. o. (Ltd.) and propose possible solutions. The theoretical part defines a term debt and deals with various kinds of recovery of overdue receivables. The practical part aims in the company RESORBENT s. r. o. (Ltd.) and their overdue receivables. The practical part also contains evaluation of recovery of overdue receivables in the company RESORBENT s r. o. (Ltd.) and own suggestions of solutions.
