Možnosti aplikace metod klasifikace zásob ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je provést kategorizaci dostupných metod klasifikace zásob ve světové literatuře. V úvodu mé bakalářské práce jsem se zaměřila na vysvětlení základních teoretických východisek o metodách klasifikace zásob, které budu demonstrovat na zjednodušených příkladech. V další části, definuji, pro které jednotlivé typy zásob je možné dané metody použít, a specifikuji možnosti, výhody a nevýhody jejích uplatnění zejména ve výrobních podnicích.

The goal of this work is to categorize the available methods for the classification of stocks in the world literature. In the introduction to my dissertation, I focused on explaining the basic theoretical background on the methods of classification of inventory, which will demonstrate the simplified examples. In the next section, defines the different types of stocks that may be the method used, and specify the options, advantages and disadvantages of their application, especially in manufacturing companies.
