Analýza procesů v obchodním modelu dropshipping a její využití ve firemním ERP systému xForLink

Abstract

Tématem této práce je obchodní model Dropshipping používaný pro prodej zboží na internetu. První část textu je zaměřena na obecný popis procesů v tomto modelu a funkcionalit, které by měl umět informační systém tento model podporující. Druhou částí práce je rozdílová analýza mezi obecnými procesy a funkcemi potřebnými pro Dropshipping a reálnými možnosti informačního systému xForLink společnosti E LINKX. Závěrečná část je věnována implementaci datových konektorů propojujících informační systémy Money S3 a Helios se systémem xForLink.

This thesis is related to the Dropshipping business model used for sale on the internet. First section of the thesis is aimed to general description of dropshipping processes and functions that should be supported by Dropshipping information system. In second section, there is a diferrence analysis between general functions and real functions supported by the xForLink information system created by E LINKX company. Last section is devoted to implementation of data connectors which interconnet systems Money S3 and helios with xForLink IS.
