Zhodnocení efektivnosti zateplení výrobní haly

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektivnosti zateplení výrobní haly pro společnost Vítkovice Power Engineering. Hlavními oblastmi činnosti této společnosti jsou energetika, ocelové konstrukce a skladovací komplexy pro zemědělství a potravinářství. První část je věnována charakteristice společnosti a definici parametrů hodnocení investice. Ve druhé části jsou provedeny výpočty jednotlivých metod hodnocení investic, a to metody výnosnosti, doby splácení, čisté současné hodnoty a metody vnitřního výnosového procenta. Na závěr jsou všechny výsledky shrnuty, aby bylo zřejmé, zda se investice společnosti vyplatila.

This thesis describes investment efficiency assessment of insulating the production hall for Vitkovice Power Engineering company. The main activities of this company are energy production, manufacture of steel structures and assembly of storage facilities for agriculture and food production. The first part of the thesis describes the company and defines the parameters for investment evaluation. The second part of this thesis contains the calculations of each evaluating method, including return on investment, payback period, net present value and internal rate of return. At the end, all the results are summarized to see if the investment turned out profitable for the company.
