Rodinný dům v Kunčicích pod Ondřejníkem

Abstract

The aim of thesis is a project documentation for building construction. Thesis is divided into textual and graphic documentation. Land for building is situated in the village Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem. Documentation has been prepared in accordance to the architectural study, which was the subject of Architecture Design Studio I., documentation for building construction was solved in the Architecture Design Studio Va.

The house was designed for a family of four. Design of the building is a combination of reinforced concrete frame and brick system Ytong. The idea was to create a modern building that will at first seem exceptionally functional and provide unobstructed views of the surrounding panorama of Beskid Mountains.
