Strategická analýza automobilového průmyslu v ČR

Abstract

Topic of this diploma thesis is the Strategic analysis of automotive industry in czech republic. The thesis has two parts. First part is based on theory and describes purpose, function and phases of the strategic analysis. If we look closely, we can see multilateral use of this analysis. Second part has practical character, based on historic facts, development of the automobile industry. The thesis describes three our bigest producer´s of automobiles, their market position and of course their meaning for economy our country.
