dc.description.abstractPředmětem této diplomové práce „Hodnocení efektivnosti investic“ je zhodnocení efektivnosti vybrané investice podniku BONATRANS GROUP, a.s. Společnost se zabývá vývojem, výrobou a servisem železničních dvojkolí a jejich částí. V úvodní části je zachycena charakteristika zvoleného podniku. Dále je v práci popsán investiční záměr a jednotlivé metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic, prostřednictvím kterých bylo provedeno zhodnocení efektivnosti dané investice. V poslední části jsou interpretovány zjištěné výsledky jednotlivých metod a posouzení, zda je investice efektivní či nikoli.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of this thesis „Investment efficiency assessment“ is to evaluate the effectiveness of selected investment of BONATRANS GROUP, PLC. This company is engaged in the development, manufacture and service of railway wheelsets and their parts. In the introductery part is described characteristics of the selected company. The working part which described the investment plan and the various methods of investment efficiency evaluation, there are also presented the investment intention and the methods of rating effectiveness of the investments, which was applied on the company. In the last part, there is an interpetation of final results from the methods and also evaluation of investmenten
