Analýza image městské nemocnice

Abstract

Main goal of this thesis is to analyse image of hospital Nemocnice ve Frýdku-Místku, p.o. and propose measures to improve image of the hospital. Theoretical background of image analysis in services is desribed in theoretical section followed by characteristic of Nemocnice ve Frýdku-Místku, p.o. Description of research procedure is described in practical section. This section is divided into preparation and implementation parts. In preparation part, problem is defined, then targets of the research, hypotheses, required number of respondents and time schelude are specified. Realisation part is about data collection and processing in IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. This section is then followed by evaluation of collected data and proposals which may further improve image of the hospital.
