Plánování experimentů u procesů s kvalitativní proměnnou

Abstract

Cílem práce je vypracovat algoritmus možného postupu při sestavování plánu u procesů s kvalitativními faktory, vytvořit regresní modely s kvalitativními proměnnými a na závěr na simulačních úlohách demonstrovat navržené postupy. Práce bude dělena na dvě části. První část bude věnována teorii plánování experimentů, popisu historie a základních principů. Postupů metodiky plánování experimentů a regresní analýze. Dále následuje rozbor obecné struktury plánu s kvalitativní proměnnou. Druhá část bude věnována praktické aplikaci metody DOE. Na simulovaných datech budou ověřeny navrhované postupy.

The aim of the work is to develop an algorithm of the possible procedure for drawing up a plan for processes through qualitative factors, create regression models with qualitative variables, and finally demonstrate the proposed procedures on the simulation exercises. The work will be divided into two parts. The first part will be devoted to the theory of design of experiments, describing the history and basic principles, procedures of experiments planning methodology and regression analysis. This will be followed by an analysis of the general structure of the plan with a qualitative variable. The second part will focus on the practical application of the method DOE. The proposed procedures will be verified on the simulated data.
