Posouzení bonity potenciálního klienta banky - žadatele o bankovní úvěr

Abstract

The bachelor thesis with the topic „Assessing Creditworthiness of a Potential Bank´s Client - Applicant for a Bank Loan“ are focused on the assessment of the creditworthiness of a particular bank client – business unit, that applies for an investment bank loan to further increase its business activities. The theoretical part of the thesis is concentrated on defining and giving characteristics of bank loans and further describes the methodology of assessing the bank loan applications. Part of the bank loan application assessment is the financial data analysis. From the wide range of financial ratios only some ratios relevant for the particular bank loan applicant have been chosen. The financial analysis and the calculation of the financial ratios create the core of the practical part to the thesis. The calculations show that the company with the fictitious name ABC Auto s.r.o. has got quite good results of its business activities and the position of the company on the market is fairly stable. That means that the bank would most probably approve the bank loan application.
