Abstract

The master thesis discusses a working procedure of a travel agency and propound a suitable organization structure. The marketing survey of consumer´s satisfaction then clearly indicates the week points in the work organization and supervision, which provides to the travel agency an important informations where to focus. The introductory part deals with a forms of travel agencies, their duties and a statutory requirements. There are define the forms of organization structures so as an internal and an external distribution channels. The practical part includes characters of an employees duties and their analysis in the distribution channels of the particular travel agency. From these basis is made suitable organization structure for this travel agency. Concept of an employees duties is changing for the effectiveness of the distribution processes.
