Abstract

This undergraduate thesis examines the current situation of staff development and education in a chosen organization. Theoretical underpinnings for employee education and development are presented, including terminology, systematic education, determining educational needs, designing educational activities, putting them into practice, evaluating them, forms of education, and development techniques. Additionally, the traits of the chosen company are described, including its management style, organizational structure, and markets. A questionnaire survey was used in the thesis's research, and its results were examined and condensed. On the basis of the findings, suggestions and recommendations are made for enhancing staff training and development at the chosen organization.
