Abstract

The theme of work is rock climbing Olomouc Region glance climber and geologist. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part Im dealing with a brief history of rock climbing in the Czech Republic, the characteristic of climber and his equipment and latest theoretical part is devoted to geological and geomorphological characteristics of the rocky terrain. The practical part is about possibilities of rock climbing in the Olomouc Region, where I chose the terrain with which I have personal experience and I can use in the practical part.
