The disssertation is engaged in solving about proclamation of evacuation or effective informedness about danger in institutions of administration and local government, which are often located in historical buildings. It´s not only economic problem, but many times also technical in sequence to building´s history.The dissertation evaluates possibility substitutes of evacuative wireless capacity as a telephone central “loud secretary“. In the second part it is engaged in problems of directed evacuation and plan about appropriate testing exercise of ascertained facts. As a sample is applied building of the town council in town Ostrava, where was checked the velocity of person´s movement in connection with problems caused specific building within the scope of evacuation and proposition technical solutions to proclamation of evacuation.
