The content of this bachelor's thesis deals with the elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction of a Vila-house in Bílov on plot no. 3259/85 in the cadastral territory of the village Bílov. The documentation is prepared to a reasonable extent in accordance with Decree 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation as amended.

The elaboration of the bachelor's thesis is based on the design, which was developed as a study in the subject Studio Creation V, in the academic year 2021/2022 under the guidance of Ing. arch. Aleš Vojtasík. In this period, the documentation for the building permit in the subject Studio creation Va under the leadership of Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D.

The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - text and drawing documentation. The text documentation contains an accompanying report and a summary technical report. The drawing documentation is processed within the scope of the assignment of the bachelor's thesis with the specialization architecture and its part is the elaboration of the architectural detail.
