Analýza možnosti použití smyčky RESCUE - LOOP k záchraně osob

Abstract

KONDERLA, Marek. Analyzing a possibility of using RESCUE – LOOP for rescuing people. Ostrava 2020. Master`s thesis. VSB – Technical University of Ostrava The thesis is focused on systems designed for rescuing people and self-rescue. In the beginning it is focused on statistical details regarding intervention in places of fire using rescue rope loops. Second part is focused on tactics during intervention in an unclear environment and transporting people from a place of danger. In the next part resources used for evacuation and rescue are described. In the subsequent part foreign systems are analyzed and described. In the last but one part is described a selection process of a best system using analysis based on a variety of criterias. The final part is focused on the financial analysis for purchasing chosen tools and specifying a right place for them.
