Analýza vlivu laboratorního zkoušení na náklady a cenu odlitků

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the impact of laboratory testing on costs and price of a concrete casting. This work was solved in Tafonco company, subsidiary company of Tatra Koprivnice. Theoretical part describes foundry activities, the way how the product price is quoted and shows casting price; purpose of calculation system is explained as well. In the experimental part the concrete casting was chosen. Impact of non-destructive tests (X-ray, ultrasonography) on the final price of casting was evaluated.
