Návrh rekonstrukce technologické linky v kamenolomu Výkleky

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rekonstrukce technologické linky v kamenolomu Výkleky. Práce řeší popis a vyhodnocení současného stavu technologické linky. Jsou zde uvedena kritická místa jednotlivých technologických uzlů, která je, dle mého názoru, nutno upravit. Následuje návrh na celkovou rekonstrukci technologické linky a na její rozšíření o třetí stupeň drcení. Toto řešení pomůže dosáhnout dokonalejšího roztřídění frakcí vyráběných po třetím stupni drcení a dosažení správné hodnoty tvarového indexu. Úpravou také dojde ke zvýšení výkonu technologické linky za udržení požadované kvality produkovaných výrobků. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení technicko-ekonomického a ekologického přínosu navrhovaného řešení.

The content of my thesis is the reconstruction of the process line in the Výkleky quarry. The thesis deals with description and evaluation of the current state of technological line. Critical places of particular technological nodal point which – in my opinion – can be adjusted, are described. Suggested general reconstruction of the technological line and its enlargement by adding the third grade of crushing will enable to achieve more precise sorting of fractions which are produced after the third crushing, and it will also enable to achieve the accurate value of shape index. With this measures, both increasing of efficiency of this technological line and maintaining the quality level of the produced are achieved. Conclusion of the work deals with the evaluation of technical-economic and ecological benefits of the proposed solution.
