Určování kritických prvků v oblasti železniční dopravy

Abstract

Dissertation thesis is focused on problematics of determination of critical elements in the railway transportation system. Dissertation is divided into three related parts. The theoretical part obtains description of railway transportation system, description of railway infrastructure and contemporary condition for determination of the railway critical infrastructure elements. Analytical part is focused on the analysis of approaches to the determination of critical elements and on the analysis of areas for criteria definition of determination of critical elements of railway transportation system. Crucial part of the dissertation is a proposal of system determination of critical elements in the railway transportation system. The proposed system is focused on the evaluation of criticality of elements of transport infrastructure. The evaluation process takes place in three phases. The first phase evaluates the criticality of the line elements, the second phase evaluates the criticality of the point elements and the third phase evaluates the criticality of the area elements. For each phase were determined specific criteria. Criteria are mainly focused on evaluation of the relevance, the performance, the risk assessment, the possibility of alternative, the substitutability or the complexity of an element. The result of this evaluation is the percentage expression of an element criticality. This expression is the basis for determining of critical line elements, point elements and area elements.
