Rezervační chatbot

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací AI Chatbota pro rezervace, využívajícího technologii .NET a techniku „Function Calling“. Chatbot je postaven na velkých jazykových modelech, konkrétně modelech OpenAI, a jeho úkolem je prostřednictvím konverzace s uživatelem nabízet dostupné události k rezervaci. Hlavní cíle práce zahrnují analýzu existujících řešení, návrh databáze událostí a vlastní implementaci a testování Chatbota. Výsledná aplikace automatizuje proces získávání informací od uživatele pro vytvoření rezervace, včetně případného vyplnění formulářů. Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj jádra aplikace a neřeší správu databáze ani rezervací.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an AI-based Booking Chatbot using .NET technology and the "Function Calling" technique. The chatbot relies on large language models, specifically OpenAI models, to interact with users and suggest available events for booking. The main objectives of the thesis include an analysis of existing solutions, the design of an event database, and the implementation and testing of the chatbot. The resulting application automates the process of gathering information from users to create reservations, including the completion of forms if necessary. The thesis focuses on the development of the application core and does not cover the management of the database or reservations.
