Vila na Svahu v Ostravě-Proskovicích

Abstract

The aim was to create a modern two-generation villa with atelier and also be carefully embeded into the grass slope that will provide sufficient comfort indoors and outdoors of course, and thus to steep land was used rationally. Sensible proposal is based on the principles of functionalism. Plain white rectangular facade is combined with large glazed surfaces, giving the impression that despite the efforts of modern architecture in mind the contact with the surrounding nature. I also design the combination of the two systems trying to articulate their positive qualities to one another in order to achieve comfort for typical residential homes.
