Náborový systém fotbalových klubů Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is trying to acquaint readers with way in which football clubs in Moravian-Silesian region execute their recruitment of footballers into youth teams. Theoretical part is dealing with organizational structure of sport, organizational structure of football in Czech Republic, ways of gaining financial resources into football clubs, legal forms of football clubs, as well as with sport management and sport marketing. Practical part analyses way in which football clubs attract players, then it describes incomes and expenditures of selected clubs, it investigates main characteristics of Czech youth football and proposes possible improvements. Conclusion of the bachelor thesis consists of summary of all the evidence mentioned in a practical part.
