Posouzení ekonomické výkonnosti stavební firmy

Abstract

Předmětem práce je zpracování finanční analýzy, jako metody pro zjištění stávajícího stavu podniku. Cílem této analýzy je posouzení výkonnosti stavební firmy v oblasti stavebnictví a v oblasti mezipodnikového srovnání. Práce je zpracována do 6 hlavních částí. V úvodní části je nastíněn cíl práce a způsob jakým bude dosažen. Druhá část práce se zabývá teoretickými východisky finanční analýzy a mezipodnikového srovnání – benchmarking. Ve třetí části je uvedena charakteristika hlavní společnosti včetně profilu společnosti a nabídky služeb. Ve čtvrté části mé práce se zaměřuji na analýzu hlavní společnosti a mezipodnikové srovnání vybraných společností. V závěru mé práce byly předloženy návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení výkonnosti hlavní společnosti v rámci jednotlivých ukazatelů finanční analýzy a závěr.

The aim of the submitted diploma thesis is the financial analysis as the method for to review the current status of the company. The goal of the analysis is to review the performance of the construction company in the area of construction and inter-company comparison. The thesis is divided into the 6 main parts. In the introduction I deal with the goal of the thesis and the way of the objective achieving. In the second part are mentioned the theoretical approaches of the financial analysis and inter-company comparison – benchmarking. The third part of the diploma work deal with the description of the given company, the company profile and the sort of the service offers. In the fourth part of the thesis I focus on the analysis of the main company with the inter-company comparison of the other companies chosen. In the last part of the thesis are submitted proposals and recommendations, which should lead to the growth of company's performance, based on the particular indicators of the financial analysis and conclusion.
