Abstract
The diploma thesis "Analysis of the competitive environment of the company ELIT CZ, spol s ro is to analyze the competitive market of suppliers of aftermarket car parts and service facilities in the Czech Republic. The first part is focused on the characteristics of the basic concepts associated with analysis of competitors and competitive environment. The second part is devoted to analyzing the market situation in terms of statistics the number of service stations to distributors. In the last part of the work are discussed methods of competition analysis.
