Abstract

The Bachelor’s thesis resolves the processing of documentation for an implementation of the building Polyfunctional object, Ostrava – Přívoz. The base for processing of this documentation was an urban study done in ATT IV and the documentation for the building permit in ATT Va. The object is situated in the part of Ostrava called Přívoz, on the corner of streets Palackého and T. Novákové. The object should bring some new job positions into the resolved area, contribute for a better quality of services in the given location and offer a new space for living. For the developmnet of this proposal were used these sources: the personal on-site investigation, map data and further research and analysis.The final Bachelor’s thesis takes into account all findings, applicable standarts, regulations and legislation.
