The subject of the diploma thesis is to develop an urban-architectural study of the usability of the locality with the involvement of all functions from leisure activities, nature protection, to a buildable area for buildings and facilities of the entire locality. It will include an analysis of the current state, a description of urban ties within the site and links to the wider community. An integral part will be the connection of the site to the transport infrastructure. At the same time, a description of the operation and evaluation of individual variants of the solution using SWOT analysis will be performed, while the selected final variant will be elaborated in more detail.
