Hodnocení efektivnosti investice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Hodnocení efektivnosti investice“ je využití metod hodnocení investičních projektů k vyhodnocení vybraného projektu společnosti SK mont NJ, s. r. o. V první části diplomové práce je charakterizována společnost. Druhá část obsahuje teorii dané oblasti, jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy a metody hodnocení investičních projektů. Třetí část je zaměřena na popis vybraného investičního projektu. Ve čtvrté části jsou aplikovány metody hodnocení investice, kterými jsou metody čisté současné hodnoty, doba návratnosti a vnitřní výnosové procento. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a poznatky z praktické části.

The subject of the thesis „Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project“ is the use of the methods of evaluation of investment projects for the evaluation of selected investment project company SK mont NJ, s. r. o. In the first part of the thesis is characteristics of the company. The second part contains the theory of the investment area, explained the basic conceps and methods of evaluation of investment projects. The third part focuses on the description of the selected investment project. In the fourth part are applied methods of evaluatin, which are the net present value, the payback period and internal rate of return. At the end of the thesis are summarized the results and findings from the partical part.
