Abstract

Úkolem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu a návrh možností regenerace sídliště Rovniny v Hlučíně. Cílem závěrečné práce je vypracování koncepčního návrhu k regeneraci sídliště Rovniny, který by vymezil další směry vývoje zadaného území. Návrh bude doplněn o koncept funkčního řešení lokálního náměstí. Řešení bude vypracováno na základě analýzy typicky problematických oblastí sídlištních zástaveb. Důraz bude kladen zejména na problematiku parkovacích stání a využití veřejných prostor sídliště. Vytvořený návrh bude doplněn o orientační propočet zvolené etapy regenerace.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state and to propose possibilities of regeneration of the housing estate Rovniny in Hlučín. The aim of the thesis is to develop a conceptual proposal for the regeneration of the Rovniny housing estate, which would define further directions of development of the specified area. The proposal will be complemented by a concept of the functional design of the local square. The solution will be developed on the basis of an analysis of typically problematic areas of housing estates. Emphasis will be placed in particular on on the issue of parking spaces and the use of public spaces in the housing estate. The developed proposal will be supplemented by an indicative calculation of the chosen regeneration stage.
