Analýza digitalizace účetnictví u vybraného podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace a automatizace účetních procesů v moderním podnikatelském prostředí. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu vybraného subjektu navrhnout ucelenou strategii digitální transformace, která povede ke zvýšení efektivity, snížení chybovosti a zpřesnění účetních výstupů. Teoretická část definuje legislativní rámec digitalizace v České republice a rozebírá klíčové technologické nástroje, jako jsou ERP systémy, cloudová řešení a prvky umělé inteligence. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu úrovně digitální zralosti účetního oddělení ve specifických podmínkách zvoleného podniku, kritické zhodnocení procesů zpracování dokladů a identifikaci personálních i technických bariér, které brání plnému využití potenciálu moderních technologií.

This bachelor thesis addresses the issues of digitalization and automation of accounting processes in a modern business environment. The main objective is to propose a comprehensive digital transformation strategy based on an analysis of the current state of a selected business entity, leading to increased efficiency, reduced error rates, and more precise accounting outputs. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework for digitalization in the Czech Republic and analyzes key technological tools such as ERP systems, cloud solutions, and elements of artificial intelligence. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the digital maturity level of the accounting department within the specific conditions of the chosen enterprise, a critical evaluation of document processing workflows, and the identification of personnel and technical barriers that hinder the full utilization of modern technologies.
