Abstract

Name of student: Ludmila Soukeníková Title of thesis: Competitivenes Analysis of Selected Company This thesis deals with the assessment of competitiveness of the company Pivovar Uhersky Brod, it defines proposals and recommendations for strengthening competitiveness. The following methods were used in this work: PESTLE method, Porter´s competitive forces model used for the assessment of the external business environment, SWOT analysis used as the analytical tool and integrating financial analysis which is an integral part of the company´s financial management. Based on the outcome evaluation achieved by using the methods, the improvement proposals and recommendations were submitted to the company Pivovar Uhersky Brod.
