Abstract

The thesis focuses on preparation of building construction works documentation. The documentation is divided into two parts: architectonic-constructional and specialization – architecture. The first architectonic-constructional part contains technical designs, texts and supplements. The second part of specialization – architecture is constituted by technical designs and visualizations. The thesis is based on the study of AZ residential house in Opava – Kylešovice. I have made use of my knowledge obtained during study to work out this thesis. The aim of the thesis was the design of a residential house and making it part of surrounding buildings layout. It is a duplex house based on the flats layout and has three floors. The building is constituted by four residential units. The thesis contains 153 pages.
