Abstract

The aim of the bachelor work is to describe the main risks of insolvency proceedings - legal regulations which is valid from 1st January 2008. The dissertation is divided into four parts. The first part introduces already invalid regulation of bankruptcy law with its deficiencies. It was the reason to make new regulation which will definitely reflex needs of actual economics situation. The second part describes the basic notions of actual insolvency regulation. These notions are important because the whole process would not be understood without knowledge of them. The body is made by two chapters – „The risks in debtor view“ and „The risks in creditor view“ describing the most significant risks. Each chapter has subchapter describing elimination of the problem.
