Abstract
Analysis of attitude loyalty on mineral water market is the main subject of this master thesis. The research question is defined as intergenerational analyse related to attitude loyalty on mineral water market in selected countries. The aim is to examine attitude loyalty on the mineral water market between Generation Y a Z, customer behaviour in the Czech Republic and Slovenia with focusing on loyalty and identify factors which influence the tendency towards to act loyalty among selected generations. Data was gathered via online survey in Czech and Slovenian language.
