Abstract

The Bachelor paper deals with the methods description of the quality assessment within the field of ways and with the assessment of the executed work – Summary final report of the quality assessment of the executed work SO 8113 – junction of the Polanecká street. In the entrance the Bachelor paper deals with the urgency of the quality management system implementation in companies as a basis for the company management and for the quality management and assessment. In the next chapter the quality management description and the system certification basis are given. Following are the principles of the quality assessment, the description of system methods and the single reports classification. The part of the Bachelor paper for the concrete conception of the quality assessment execution of the constructions is the Summary final report of the quality assessment of the executed work SO 8113 – junction of the Polanecká street. In conclusion the Bachelor paper evaluated the benefit of the quality management system implementation for the company form the prosperity point of view and for the customers satisfaction from the quality point of view.
